Renco Holdings Group Ltd. has announced the resignations of Mr. Lau Fai Lawrence and Mr. Mak Kwok Kei from their roles as independent non-executive directors, effective 31 July 2025. Mr. Lau also stepped down as chairman of the Audit Committee, while Mr. Mak resigned from his position as chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Both cited the need to focus on other business commitments. The company is in the process of identifying suitable replacements for these positions.
