BXP Inc., the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of premier workplaces in the U.S., has commenced full vertical construction of 343 Madison Avenue, a 930,000 square foot premier office tower in Midtown Manhattan. This project, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, is set to deliver in late 2029 and will feature 46 stories with market-leading sustainability features, including being fully electric with zero on-site combustion. The building will house a prestigious financial institution, which has committed to occupying 30% of the space. The tower will offer luxurious amenities such as a client-exclusive club with terraces and a robust food and beverage program, aiming to become a new iconic address in New York City.
