Unity Software (U) is expected to show positive momentum with its Q2 results, Wedbush Securities said in a Wednesday note. The results are due Aug. 6.
"After a solid beat last quarter, we think Unity's Vector platform has continued to make gains," said Wedbush analysts, including Alicia Reese.
The analysts said Unity will beat their estimates following solid data points released during the quarter even as they modelled marginal sequential growth.
They added that Vector is in its infancy, and its customers are only beginning to "steer" their customers to web stores.
"Over the next few quarters, we believe that Unity will gain traction at a far faster pace on both sides of its business than we have modeled," the analysts said.
Wedbush kept its outperform rating and $39 price target.
