** Brent Crude LCOc1 up 1% at $69.15/barrel and U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures CLc1 up 1.1% at $65.85/barrel

** Crude prices rise as investors assess a trade deal between the United States and the European Union that averted 30% tariffs on most EU goods

** Energy majors Chevron CVX.N and Exxon Mobil XOM.N up 0.5% each

** APA Corp APA.O, Diamondback Energy FANG.O and Occidental Petroleum OXY.N rise between 1% and 1.4%

** Oilfield services companies Halliburton HAL.N and SLB SLB.N each gains marginally

** Refiner Marathon Petroleum MPC.N up marginally
