This strategic move is supported by prominent industry players, including Big Brain Holdings and Galaxy Digital Inc. Marius Barnett and Stephen Mackintosh from Karatage are set to take on leadership roles within the company. The closing of the offering is anticipated around July 31, 2025, pending customary conditions.
