J-Lease (TYO:7187) said it has completed the acquisition of all shares in AFB, an advertising company based in Oita City, Japan, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The company said it is assessing the impact of the deal on its consolidated earnings but expects the acquisition to boost corporate value over the medium to long term.
