Grand Baoxin Auto Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Chen Yuhang as an independent non-executive director and a member of its audit committee. The changes are effective from 25 July 2025. Mr. Chen's appointment comes with an initial term of one year, with the potential for re-election at the company's next annual general meeting.
