GlucoTrack Inc. has announced a change in its independent registered public accounting firm, effective July 18, 2025. The company's Audit Committee has approved the engagement of CBIZ CPAs P.C. to take over from Fahn Kanne & Co. Grant Thornton Israel as the auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The change follows the identification of material weaknesses in internal control over financial reporting, specifically concerning general IT controls, insufficient accounting personnel, and inadequate segregation of duties, as disclosed in the company's Form 10-K for 2024. Despite these issues, there were no adverse opinions or disagreements reported with the former auditors, Grant Thornton, and they have been authorized to discuss the identified weaknesses with the new auditors, CBIZ. GlucoTrack will file a letter from Grant Thornton with the SEC to confirm agreement with these statements.
