Companies are using innovations like AI-enhanced cooling systems to boost efficiency. Rising Stars such as GleSYS, Infosys, and Sopra Steria are recognized for their promising portfolios, while Persistent Systems is named the global ISG CX Star Performer for 2025. The report evaluates 60 providers across five quadrants, identifying Orange Business, Kyndryl, and Tietoevry as leaders in several categories. Renewable energy, costing up to 50 percent less than the European average, drives investment in data centers, with cloud platforms facilitating AI integration and edge computing to support digital transformation.
