Nanjing Iron & Steel (SHA:600282) completed the disposal of kitchen supplies maker Zhejiang Wansheng (SHA:603010) after receiving the final installment of the acquisition payment, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
Fosun International (HKG:0656) paid the third and final installment of 1.02 billion yuan to acquire the 29.6% stake in Wansheng.
The full transfer price was 2.65 billion yuan, the Chinese steel manufacturer said.
Nanjing Iron & Steel's shares slipped 1% during midday trade.
