Cegedim SA reported a 1.1% increase in consolidated revenues for the first half of 2025, reaching €322.5 million, compared to the same period in 2024. On a like-for-like basis, revenues grew by 2.8%. The HR, marketing, health insurance, and digitalization sectors contributed significantly to this growth. Despite these positive results, the Software & Services division experienced a 5.1% decline in reported revenues, largely due to the deconsolidation of INPS in the UK following its voluntary placement in administration in December 2024. Specific divisions showed varied performance: the Flow division saw a 7.8% increase in reported revenues, Data & Marketing rose by 6.9%, and the BPO division reported an 8.1% increase. Meanwhile, the Cloud & Support division experienced a marginal growth of 0.3%. For the remainder of 2025, Cegedim anticipates like-for-like revenue growth in the range of 2-4% compared to 2024. The company expects recurring operating income to continue improving, maintaining a trajectory similar to the previous year.
