Hyperscale Data Inc. has announced a strategic development roadmap to build out its AI data center campus in Michigan to a full capacity of 340 megawatts. This expansion aims to support the increasing demand for AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing workloads. The company currently operates 30 MW at the Michigan facility and plans to increase this to 70 MW over the next 20 months, with the full buildout expected within 44 months, contingent on agreements with utility providers and securing funding. To support this initiative and other strategic projects, Hyperscale Data has filed a $125 million shelf registration to provide financial flexibility, though there are no immediate plans for a capital raise.
