Verizon Communications (VZ); Cleveland-Cliffs $(CLF)$; Domino's Pizza $(DPZ)$: The telecommunications company, the steel producer and the fast-food chain are due to report earnings early Monday.

BP $(BP)$: The oil company picked Albert Manifold, the former head of Irish building-materials company CRH $(CRH)$, as its new chairman. He succeeds Helge Lund, who helped drive the renewables push that BP has abandoned.

Stellantis $(STLA)$: The Jeep Maker swung to a net loss in the first half of the year, taking an earnings hit of around $350 million from U.S. tariffs. In North America, its shipments dropped 25% last quarter. Shares sold off in Italy.

Block $(XYZ.AU)$: The financial-technology company that owns Square will join the S&P 500, effective Wednesday. Shares rallied 9% premarket. It will replace Hess, following the energy company's recent sale to Chevron (CVX).

Ryanair $(RYAAY)$: Shares in the low-cost airline jumped in Ireland after it posted strong quarterly results. It cautioned that heavily delayed deliveries of Boeing (BA) aircraft would weigh in fiscal-2026. Alaska Air $(ALK.UK)$: The airline resumed operations after grounding its entire fleet for several hours late Sunday due to a software outage. Shares ticked higher premarket.

Microsoft $(MSFT.UK)$: The software company said "active attacks" were targeting its server software and urged customers to install new security updates.
