Zhenro Properties Group Ltd. has announced a change in its auditing arrangements due to a disagreement over the proposed audit fee with its current auditors, Ernst & Young (EY). As a result, EY has resigned effective July 19, 2025. The company plans to propose the appointment of Zhonghui as the new auditors at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting. Additionally, Zhenro Properties has relocated its principal place of business in Hong Kong to the Dah Sing Financial Centre, effective July 21, 2025.
