Plus Therapeutics, Inc. will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on August 7, 2025. The meeting will be a completely virtual event. During the meeting, stockholders will vote on the election of six board members for a one-year term and the potential issuance and sale of up to $50 million in common stock, as well as up to $1 million in shares as a commitment fee to Lincoln Park Capital Fund, LLC.
