Bureau Veritas SA has released a half-year report regarding its liquidity contract managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel, effective since January 7, 2025. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account comprises 15,000 Bureau Veritas shares and 10,510,215 euros in cash. Throughout the first half of 2025, the company executed 6,726 transactions to purchase 3,880,181 shares totaling 111,320,894 euros and 13,631 transactions to sell 4,001,491 shares for 114,949,282 euros. The liquidity contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel was implemented following the termination of the previous contract with BNP Paribas Exane at the end of 2024.
