Blackpearl Group (NZE:BPG) said Tuesday its annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the first quarter climbed 63% to $14 million, largely led by the launch of Bebop, its AI sales enablement product, as it looked to expand its growth sources.
The company, which specializes in data-driven software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, said it logged in ARR of $17.5 million by the quarter ending June 30, with gains from the purchase of B2B Rocket. That deal will become unconditional in the second quarter.
Blackpearl is aiming to diversify its suite of AI-powered products, and the launch of its flagship Bebop tool made a "meaningful impact" in Q1, it added.
The company also said it is now positioned to accelerate past its $20 million ARR milestone, with "increasing visibility to $50 million and beyond".
