Dare Power Dekor Home (SHE:000910) subsidiary Dare Wood Industry (Nanning) signed a lease contract for a particleboard production plant in Nanning, China, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The subsidiary will rent the property from Nanning Overseas Chinese Investment Zone Huasheng Asset Management for three years and four months with an annual rent of 17 million yuan, the filing said.
