Rimfire Pacific Mining (ASX:RIM) said it is now suspended from trading on the Australian Securities Exchange(ASX) under Listing Rule 17.3 as the company has not lodged its disclosure about its proposed capital raising, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The suspension will remain until the ASX is satisfied RIM complies with all listing requirements, including disclosure obligations under Rule 3.1.
The company was suspended from trading on July 4 at its request, initially pending an arbitration update. On July 18, the company extended the voluntary suspension to complete a capital raise by July 22.
