TNL Mediagene has announced a change in its board of directors. Ms. Takako Masai has resigned from her position as a director and member of the audit committee, effective June 30, 2025. Ms. Naoko Okumoto has been appointed as an interim director and interim member of the audit committee, effective July 1, 2025. Her appointment will be submitted for shareholder approval at the company's next annual general meeting.
