JD.com (HKG:9618, HKG:89618) refuted claims it bought a majority stake in Hong Kong grocery chain Kai Bo, the South China Morning Post reported Tuesday.
A JD.com representative told the publication that a report from media outlet HK01 detailing the purchase of a 70% stake in Kai Bo for HK$4 billion was "inaccurate."
