Pharvaris proposed a $150 million underwritten public offering. Shares fell 7% to $21.50 in after-hours trading.
Usana Health Sciences posted an 11% increase in second-quarter revenue and a jump in adjusted earnings per share. Shares popped 17% to $36.90 after the bell.
