Gix Media Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Viewbix Inc., has resolved a financial dispute after a service provider filed a petition claiming the company owed approximately $260,000. The District Court of Tel Aviv-Jaffa approved a settlement agreement on July 16, 2025, involving Gix Media, the initial service provider, and other creditors. Viewbix Inc. provided a guarantee for the debts, and on July 22, 2025, Gix Media paid approximately $1.13 million to settle its obligations to the service providers. This payment led to the dismissal of the petition, concluding the matter.
