Loop Industries Inc. held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders virtually on July 18, 2025. During the meeting, stockholders elected Laurent Auguste, Spencer Hart, Louise Sams, Laurence Sellyn, and Jay Stubina to the Board of Directors. Additionally, the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2026, was ratified. Stockholders also approved the proposal for advisory approval of the frequency of future advisory votes on executive compensation to be held every year.
