Digital Brands Group Inc. has announced the signing of two significant exclusive private label manufacturing agreements, enhancing its foothold in the collegiate apparel market. The first agreement, finalized on July 21, 2025, is with AAA Tuscaloosa, LLC, focusing on producing private label knit apparel for the University of Alabama, excluding jerseys and specific branded shirts. AAA will market these products through its online and physical outlets in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The second agreement, also completed on July 21, 2025, is with Traffic Holdco, LLC, which involves manufacturing apparel for various universities, utilizing Holdco's licenses to use university logos and student-athlete likenesses. In support of these agreements, Digital Brands Group has committed to investing approximately $1,000,000 by the end of 2025, primarily in digital marketing and product development.
