The NYLI CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Term Fund is set to hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on October 1, 2025, at the offices of New York Life Investment Management LLC. During the meeting, shareholders will vote on the election of five Trustees. This includes the election of two Class II Trustees who will serve until the 2027 annual meeting, and three Class III Trustees who will serve until the 2028 annual meeting.
