Hookipa Pharma (HOOK) said Friday it notified Nasdaq of its intent to voluntarily delist its common shares, with the delisting expected to take effect on or about Aug. 8.
The company plans to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or around July 29 to withdraw its listing and deregister.
It also intends to file a Form 15 to suspend further reporting obligations, according to the company.
