Zhejiang Zheneng Electric Power's (SHA:600023) output grew 4.5% year over year to 7.9 million kilowatt-hours in the first half, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
On-grid power connection increased 4.6% to about 7.5 million kilowatt-hours.
The higher power generation is attributable to an increase in power generation in Zhejiang province, as well as higher output from the Zhejiang Zhejiang Energy China Coal Zhoushan Coal Power, the filing said.
