ActivePort Group (ASX:ATV) and PIES Holding declared a strategic joint venture to automate network operations with artificial intelligence, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The joint venture will add AI-driven low-code/no-code tools to the Activeport software platform, boosting the delivery of automation solutions for data center and telecommunications customers.
The venture will operate as a contractual arrangement, excluding the creation of a partnership or joint legal entity, and each party will contribute its expertise and software solutions.
The agreement has an initial 12-month term, with provisions for extension or termination.
