Blue Owl Capital (OWL) said Thursday it has closed its alternative credit fund, securing $850 million in capital commitments.
The company said the fund will seek to generate current income and capital appreciation through investments in alternative credit strategies, focusing on asset-based finance, including lending backed by financial or hard assets.
