AgEagle Aerial Systems (UAVS) said Friday its eBee TAC fixed-wing drone has received the US Department of Defense Innovation Unit's Blue UAS certification.
The certification makes the drone eligible for procurement by the Defense department and other federal agencies, the company said.
AgEagle's shares were up nearly 25% in recent Friday premarket activity.
