Graco Inc. has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Color Service s.r.l., a global manufacturer known for its specialized automatic precision dosing systems for powders and liquids. The acquisition is valued at €63 million, with the transaction expected to close in Graco's fiscal third quarter, subject to closing conditions. Color Service, which had a revenue of €34 million in 2024, serves various industries, including textiles, rubber, cosmetics, plastics, and food. This move is part of Graco's strategy to expand its global footprint and enhance its technological offerings in the powder handling sector. Mark Sheahan, Graco's President and CEO, stated that the acquisition would bolster the company's capabilities and open new growth avenues.
