Dashan Education (HKG:9986) has extended the deadline of a share placement agreement to July 31 from July 17 previously, a late Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the after-school services provider were down 1% in Thursday afternoon trading.
The move aims to provide more time for certain conditions under the contract to be fulfilled.
The firm in June agreed to place up to 40 million shares at HK$1.23 apiece to raise maximum net proceeds of HK$48.7 million.
