Fifth District Bancorp Inc. has announced an amendment to the Second Amended and Restated Executive Salary Continuation Agreement for its Chief Financial Officer, Melissa Burns. Effective July 14, 2025, the amendment increases the annual supplemental retirement benefits for Ms. Burns from $80,316 to $94,000, provided she separates from service on or after reaching the age of 65.
