HeartBeam, Inc. held its annual meeting of stockholders virtually on July 11, 2025. During the meeting, all nine nominees for director were elected. The proposal to ratify the appointment of CBIZ CPAs P.C. as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, was approved. Additionally, the proposal to amend the 2022 Equity Incentive Plan to increase the number of authorized shares from 8,900,000 to 11,900,000 was not approved.
