Publicis Groupe SA has reported its financial results for the first half of 2025, showing a notable increase in net revenue and net income. The company achieved a net revenue of €7.152 billion, representing a 6.9% increase from €6.688 billion in the first half of 2024. Revenue also saw a significant rise, reaching €8.483 billion, a 10.9% increase from the previous year. The net income attributable to the Groupe was €824 million, up 6.6% from €773 million in the first half of 2024. Earnings per share $(EPS)$ increased by 6.5%, reaching €3.28 compared to €3.08 in the previous year. In terms of regional performance, North America led with a net revenue of €4.427 billion, marking a 7.7% reported growth and a 5.3% organic growth. Europe and Asia Pacific also showed positive trends, with reported growths of 4.7% and 5.6%, respectively. The Middle East & Africa region experienced the highest organic growth of 10.1%. Arthur Sadoun, Chairman and CEO of Publicis Groupe, highlighted the strong performance in a challenging macroeconomic environment and announced an increase in the company's full-year organic growth guidance to close to 5%, up from the previous range of 4-5%, backed by significant new business wins in the first half of the year. The company reported that exchange rate variations had a negative impact of €74 million on net revenue, while acquisitions contributed positively with an impact of €179 million.
