OFS Capital (OFS) said late Wednesday it priced a public offering of $60 million worth of 7.50% notes due 2028.
The company has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional $9 million worth of notes to cover any overallotments.
The debt offering will result in net proceeds of about $58.5 million, or about $67.3 million if the underwriters fully exercise their overallotment option, the company said.
OFS Capital intends to use the net proceeds to partially redeem its 4.75% notes due 2026.
The offering is expected to close on July 23.
