Chewy Inc. held its annual meeting of stockholders on July 10, 2025. The meeting included the election of Mathieu Bigand, David Leland, Lisa Sibenac, and Sumit Singh to the board of directors as Class III Directors, which was approved. The ratification of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending February 1, 2026, was also approved. All proposals presented at the meeting were approved by the stockholders.
