Workhorse Group (WKHS) said Monday it is in discussions with a privately held US-based manufacturer of electric commercial vehicles regarding a "potential transaction."

Becton Dickinson's (BDX) biosciences and diagnostic solutions business agreed to merge with Waters (WAT) in a deal valued at about $17.5 billion, the companies said. Becton shareholders are expected to own about 39% of the combined entity.
Shares of Waters slumped 11% as intraday trading volume rose to over 2.2 million from a daily average of roughly 491,000. Becton shares were 0.2% lower.
Unusual Machines (UMAC) said Monday it has struck a deal to sell 5 million shares to some investors at $9.70 per share, with
Dominari Securities as the placement agent. The stock closed at $12.12 on Friday.
Shares slumped 10%, with intraday trading volume of over 15.3 million against a daily average of about 3.57 million.
