Prestige International to Award Restricted Shares Worth 82.6 Million Yen

Prestige International (TYO:4290) will dispose of 133,000 treasury shares at 621 yen each under a restricted stock compensation plan, totaling 82.6 million yen, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The shares will be allocated to four directors, including one also serving as an employee, and eight executive officers and directors of a subsidiary. The disposal is scheduled for Aug. 15.
