Oceaneering International, Inc. has announced that its subsidiaries, Oceaneering Angola, S.A. and Oceaneering Marine Technologies Ltd., have secured a significant contract with Esso Exploration Angola (Block 15) Limited, an ExxonMobil affiliate. The contract, effective from July 1, 2025, is projected to generate revenues between $80 million and $90 million over a three-year period. This agreement, re-awarded after a competitive bidding process, involves the provision of multiple work-class ROVs, ROV tooling, intervention workover control systems, satellite communication systems, and various subsea services. These operations will support Esso's offshore activities in Angola Block 15, utilizing Esso-supplied facilities and vessels. Martin McDonald, Senior Vice President of Subsea Robotics, highlighted the contract as a testament to Oceaneering's capabilities and its role as a trusted partner in the Angolan offshore energy sector.
