Tsui Wah Holdings Ltd. has announced that its upcoming Annual General Meeting $(AGM)$ will include a vote on a proxy proposal. Shareholders have the right to appoint a proxy to attend, speak, and vote on their behalf at the AGM. The proxy form, along with any relevant authority documents, must be submitted to the company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, no later than 48 hours before the AGM. All resolutions at the meeting will be decided by a poll, and the results will be announced accordingly.
