Eaton Corporation plc, an intelligent power management company, has announced an agreement to acquire Resilient Power Systems Inc., a North American developer and manufacturer of innovative energy solutions. This acquisition will bring Eaton differentiated technology in fast-growing markets, with potential future applications in data centers and energy storage. Resilient Power Systems, based in Austin, Texas, is known for its solid-state transformer-based technology and ultra-compact EV charging depots. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
