The segment's sales should get a boost as its AI features gain traction with customers given emerging use cases like deal insights, case management, shipment tracking and meeting preparation, the analysts say. Upselling of add-ons like Customer Experience Intelligence, Field Service and Digital Engagement should also make for enduring sales growth, the analysts say.
