GeoPark Limited, a leading independent energy company in Latin America, has released its operational update for the second quarter of 2025. The company reported a year-to-date consolidated average oil and gas production of 28,223 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd). For the second quarter of 2025, the consolidated average production was 27,380 boepd. This represents a 6% decrease from the first quarter of 2025, primarily due to the divestment of the Llanos 32 Block, where GeoPark held a 12.5% working interest, and temporary blockades in the CPO-5 Block, where GeoPark had a 30% working interest, resulting in 16 days of shut-in production. The company continues to focus on disciplined execution, with new discoveries in the Llanos Basin supporting production within guidance. GeoPark will report its second-quarter financial results on August 6, 2025, followed by a conference call on August 7, 2025, to discuss the results further.
