Miramar Resources Starts Reverse Circulation Drilling at Western Australia Gold Project

Miramar Resources (ASX:M2R) launched reverse circulation drilling at the high-priority 8 Mile target, adjacent to the 8-Mile Dam gold deposit, within the Gidji JV project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

Induced polarization surveys, along with significant aircore gold and pathfinder results, indicate that any northern extension to 8-Mile Dam may have been offset by northeast-trending faults, Executive Chairman Allan Kelly said.

The reverse circulation drilling will test multiple induced polarization survey targets and is expected to take two to three weeks to complete.
