Rich Sparkle Holdings shares tumbled Thursday, falling below the price of its initial public offering on the third day of trading.
Shares plunged 20% to $3.81, falling below the $4 IPO pricing Monday night. The stock gained 35% Wednesday, closing at $4.76.
The Hong Kong-based financial printing and corporate services company said Wednesday that it completed the $5 million IPO, where it offered 1.25 million shares.
The company said it will use proceeds to incorporate generative AI features into its service modules, set up new offices in the U.S., recruit staff, form partnerships with other companies and other general corporate expenses.
