AlphaTime Acquisition (ATMC) said Wednesday it has been notified by Nasdaq that it has regained compliance with a listing rule following approval of the company's application to transfer its listing to the market, effective July 11.
The blank-check company added that Nasdaq has also cancelled a previously scheduled July 15 hearing on its listing status.
