CMC Magnetics (TPE:2323) disposed of 2,696,000 shares of Wistron (TPE:3231) for NT$304.3 million, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Shares gained about 2% recently on Friday.
The shares were sold between Oct. 25, 2024, and July 10, 2025, at an average price of NT$112.86 per share.
The shares were sold for portfolio management purposes, it said.
