RCI Hospitality (RICK) said Thursday that its fiscal Q3 club and restaurant sales fell 6.7% year over year to $70.5 million, while same-store sales declined 4.9%.
The company said nightclub sales for the fiscal quarter ended June 30 were down 0.8% from a year earlier to $61.9 million, with same-store sales down 3.7%.
New club openings and acquisitions mostly offset the same-store sales drop and the impact of a fire that closed one location in July 2024, according to RCI.
The company said total Bombshells sales dropped 34.6% year over year to $8.6 million due to prior closures and divestitures of underperforming units, partially offset by the new Denver location. Same-store sales at Bombshells were down 13.5%, the company said.
Full fiscal Q3 results are expected by Aug. 11, RCI said.
